Welcome to the Strasburg Community Park
Strasburg Community Park is a natural park in Strasburg Borough, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The park was designed, developed and is maintained by the Strasburg Community Parks Foundation. Our park began with a vision some residents had of a peaceful, beautiful space where residents and visitors could enjoy nature, hear a concert, hold an event in a beautiful pavilion, or just take a relaxing walk.
Our Park
The Strasburg Community Park is located at 151 Precision Avenue, Strasburg, PA. Find the park adjacent to the Strasburg Borough Municipal Complex along Precision Avenue, next to the Lancaster County Art Association building and the Strasburg-Heisler library.
What’s so special?
Native environment
Our park is landscaped entirely with native plants. The walking paths wind through flowers that bloom through the season to provide food and shelter for butterflies, birds and small animals. Native trees provide beauty and shade.
There is a pavilion with picnic tables with a kitchen/restroom available for rent, as well as a beautiful concert stage within a tiered grass amphitheater where our Sounds of Strasburg
Free Summer Concerts take place.
Volunteers are welcome!
The Strasburg Community Park is an all volunteer organization, funded completely by donations. Hands-on work is provided by community volunteers, and we have fun getting our hands dirty! There are other ways to help as well, including being the part of our concert support crew, taking photographs, or helping with educational activities. Local groups provide great support, but individual help is also welcome and can be done in your own time! Contact [email protected] for more information.
